What equipment do I need for the Online Plan
Whether you’re just starting out or ready for more advanced training, the equipment you need is simple.
If you’re a beginner or getting back into fitness:
You only need:
A set of dumbbells
A fitness mat
That’s it. You can follow every beginner and intermediate workout with just those two pieces of equipment.
If you want to do the more advanced sessions:
You will need:

A set of kettlebells
A fitness mat
The kettlebells are only used in certain advanced workouts — you can still get incredible results with dumbbells alone if that’s what you have to start with.

I’ve spent over 20 years as a university lecturer in Exercise Science, I’m a Master Fitness Trainer, and I hold a Master’s in Sport Psychology—but that’s not why my programs are life-changing.
They work because I’ve lived this struggle. For 18 years, I battled disordered eating and an unhealthy obsession with exercise. I weighed myself morning and night, convinced that happiness was tied to the number on the scale. I chased every diet, did things to my body I’m almost embarrassed to admit—all in the name of losing weight. Then one day, I decided enough was enough. That’s when my purpose became clear: helping others break free from that cycle.
Now, I don’t just teach people how to lose weight—I show them how to do it without sacrificing happiness.
