Bang Bang Chicken Salad Bowl

Ingredients

  • 400 g cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 200 g broccoli florets, lightly steamed
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 1 large carrot, julienned
  • 1 tbsp light mayo
  • 1 tbsp sweet-chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce (low‑salt)

How to preprare

  1. Toss chicken with mayo, chilli sauce, and soy.
  2. Gently mix in broccoli, carrot, and spring onions.
  3. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Note

Swap chicken for shredded turkey rashers for a lighter protein option.
