250G(9OZ) BEANSPROUTS

4 SPRING ONIONS SLICED

1 TSP SESAME SEEDS

SAUCE

2 GARLIC CLOVES CRUSHED

ROOT GINGER GRATED

2 TBSP TOMATO KETCHUP

2 TBSP SOY SAUCE

2 TBSP OYSTER SAUCE

1 TSP RICE OR WHITE WINE VINEGAR

How To

PUT ALL THE SAUCE INGREDIENTS INTO A BOWL AND WHISK WELL.SET Aside

COOK NOODLES ACCORDING TO PACK INSTRUCTIONS,DRAIN, COOL & SET ASIDE.

HEAT A WOK OR LARGE FRYING PAN ON HIGH HEAT,ADD THE OIL,THEN CHICKEN BREASTS.STIR FRY FOR 1 MINUTE THEN ADD THE CARROTS AND PEPPERS.COOK FOR 1 MINUTE, ADD THE SAUCE,THE MANGETOUT,BEANSPROUTS & NOODLES.

SERVE IN WARM BOWLS TOPPED WITH THE SPRING ONIONS & SESAME SEEDS.
