Chilli Con Carne (dinner)
Ingredients
1kg beef mince
4 tbsp olive oil
4 onions, chopped
4 peppers, chopped
8 garlic cloves
4 tsp cumin
8 tsp smoked paprika
4 tsp chilli powder
2 x 400g tins chopped tomatoes
4 tbsp tomato purée
4 tins kidney beans, drained
800ml beef stock
Serves: 4
Calories: 890 per serving
How to preprare
Brown beef, remove.
Fry onions, garlic, peppers.
Add spices, cook 1 min.
Add tomatoes, purée, beans, stock & beef.
Simmer 40 mins.
