Dice veg and garlic, cook in a pan with spray oil 5 mins.
Remove, brown mince, return veg.
Add passata, cumin, chilli flakes. Simmer 10 mins.
Cook rice 12–15 mins.
Serve mince with rice.
Lean mince keeps fat lower. To lighten, use 5% beef mince or turkey mince. Kidney beans add fibre and plant protein.
