Chocolate Banana Milk

Ingredients

  • 120ml unsweetened almond milk (or oat/dairy milk)
  • 15g chocolate or vanilla whey/plant-based protein powder
  • 5g oats (use gluten-free if preferred)
  • 1 heaped tsp unsweetened cocoa powder (~2.5g)
  • 100g ripe banana
  • 5 ice cubes

How to preprare

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Note

For a lighter version, use ½ banana (~50g, saves ~45 kcal) and add 1 tsp chia seeds for fibre and texture.
