Classic Greek Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 red onion, finely sliced
  • 100 g reduced-fat feta, crumbled
  • 12 olives, halved
  • Dressing: 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, dried oregano

How to preprare

  1. Toss veg, olives, and feta.
  2. Whisk dressing and pour over salad. Mix gently.

Note

Add grilled chicken slices to make it a fuller lunch.
