Cottage Cheese & Tomato Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 rye crispbreads or 1 slice wholegrain bread
  • 150g low-fat cottage cheese
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Black pepper

How to preprare

  1. Spread cottage cheese over toast or crispbreads.
  2. Top with tomatoes and season with pepper.

Note

High protein, low fat. Swap tomatoes for cucumber if you want a crunchier version.
