Creamy Dream Chicken Supreme

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken breasts, skin on
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 onions, chopped
  • 8 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 tbsp plain flour
  • 800ml chicken stock
  • 500ml double cream
  • 400ml white wine (optional)
  • 4 tsp mixed herbs
  • Parsley to serve

How to preprare

  1. Fry chicken skin-side down until golden, remove.
  2. Sauté onion & garlic 8 mins. Add herbs.
  3. Stir in flour, then wine (if using), simmer 2 mins.
  4. Add stock, return chicken. Cover, cook 20 mins.
  5. Stir in cream, simmer briefly. Garnish with parsley.
