Crispy BBQ Chicken Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 BFree multigrain wrap
  • 100g chicken breast, sliced
  • 30g breadcrumbs
  • 30g BBQ sauce
  • 15g Frank’s hot sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 handful lettuce
  • 4–5 slices red onion
  • 30g mozzarella
  • 1 egg white

How to preprare

  1. Dip chicken strips in egg white, then breadcrumbs.
  2. Air fry 12–15 minutes at 180 °C until cooked through.
  3. Mix sauces and honey, coat cooked chicken.
  4. Fill wrap with lettuce, onions, saucy chicken and mozzarella.

Note

A high-protein, lower-calorie twist on a takeaway wrap. For fewer calories, cut cheese to 15g or use low-fat mozzarella. Swap breadcrumbs for panko or crushed cornflakes for crunch.
