Egg & Avocado Rye Bites

Ingredients

  • 4 rye crispbreads
  • 2 boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 small avocado
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt & pepper

How to preprare

  1. Mash avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread over crispbreads.
  3. Top with sliced egg.

Note

Swap avocado for low-fat cottage cheese to cut calories but keep the protein.
