Granola Crunch Blueberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 150g oats (Flahavan’s is perfect)
  • 1½ cups water
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (Alpro or Aldi’s own)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsps maple syrup (or swap for honey)
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsps blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 40g low-sugar granola (SuperValu or Tesco own brand)

How to preprare

  1. Mix oats, almond milk, chia, maple syrup, cinnamon and water in a large container.
  2. Seal and refrigerate overnight (at least 8 hours).
  3. When serving, layer oats, blueberries and granola in jars or bowls.
  4. Enjoy hot or cold.

Note

If you’re looking for protein, stir through a spoon of Glenisk Greek yoghurt before serving.
