Greek Yoghurt & Fruit Power Pot

Ingredients

  • 200g Glenisk high-protein Greek yoghurt (plain, low-fat)
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • Handful mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)

How to preprare

  1. Scoop yoghurt into a bowl.
  2. Top with banana, berries and flaxseed.

Note

A high-protein, quick breakfast. Swap flaxseed for pumpkin seeds if you want more crunch.
