Homemade Granola with Yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 200g oats
  • 40g chopped nuts
  • 20g seeds (pumpkin/sunflower)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch salt
  • 600g Glenisk Greek yoghurt
  • Fresh berries

How to preprare

  1. Heat oven to 160°C. Mix oats, nuts, seeds, oil, honey, vanilla, salt.
  2. Bake 15–20 mins, stir halfway. Cool.
  3. Serve ~30g granola each over yoghurt & berries.

Note

Granola is calorie-dense — measure your portion rather than eyeballing.
