Honey Mustard Pork Chops with Green Beans
Ingredients
4 lean pork chops
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey
400g baby potatoes, halved
300g green beans, trimmed
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & pepper
Serves: 4
Calories: 375 per serving
How to preprare
Heat oven to 200°C. Roast potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper for 25–30 mins.
Mix honey and mustard. Brush onto pork chops.
Pan-fry pork 3–4 mins each side until golden and cooked through.
Steam or boil green beans with garlic until tender-crisp.
Serve pork with beans and potatoes.
