Lentil & Feta Salad Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 wholemeal wrap
  • 100g tinned green or brown lentils, rinsed
  • 30g reduced-fat feta, crumbled
  • ¼ red pepper, chopped
  • Handful spinach
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar

How to preprare

  1. Mix lentils, feta, red pepper and spinach in a bowl.
  2. Drizzle with balsamic. Spoon into wrap and fold.

Note

A filling veggie option. To lower calories, use half the feta and add extra spinach.
