How Long is the Program?

There are 5 phases to this program and each phase of the program lasts 5 weeks. The phases are designed to progress your fitness over a 6 month period and give you long term weight loss but you can do as many or as little phases as you like. My program gives amazing results but I’m not into teaching you quick fixes. How Much Does It Cost?
