Overnight Apple & Pear Oats

Ingredients

  • 40g oats (Flahavan’s)
  • 150g low-fat Greek yoghurt (plain)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ apple or pear, diced
  • Dash cinnamon

How to preprare

  1. Combine oats, yoghurt, chia seeds and cinnamon in a jar.
  2. Top with fruit, refrigerate overnight.
  3. Stir before serving.

Note

A brilliant prep-ahead breakfast. Add a splash of milk if you prefer it creamier.
