My Beginner Program is the only one of my three programs that has set start dates and set end dates. All of my other programs run all the time. You will get access to the Beginner Program one week before it is due to start. However, if you feel ready to start now you should join my Fitness & Weight loss plan. I have included all beginner workouts in that plan for free. I've put the link to join the Fitness and Weight Loss Program below the beginner sign-up.
