Pea & Ham Soup
Ingredients
400 g frozen peas
1 onion, chopped
800 ml chicken stock
150 g cooked lean ham, diced or shredded
Serves: 4
Calories: 170 per serving
How to preprare
Simmer the peas, onion, and chicken stock for 10 minutes.
Blitz until smooth.
Stir in the ham and serve hot.
