Pea & Ham Soup

Ingredients

  • 400 g frozen peas
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 800 ml chicken stock
  • 150 g cooked lean ham, diced or shredded

How to preprare

  • Simmer the peas, onion, and chicken stock for 10 minutes.
  • Blitz until smooth.
  • Stir in the ham and serve hot.
