Here is what motivation looks like. Locking in a set time on a set day and when that time comes you simply give yourself absolutely no option but say 5 4 3 2 1 go.

Where you currently are is not important – where you are going is. Rather than worrying about your current status, worry about your current trajectory.

We don’t need every day to be a winner. If you have a bad day simply chalk it down as a suboptimal day. Remember one hot day doesn’t make a summer.

I just don’t think people realise how much of ‘forcing yourself to do it’ is involved in losing weight and getting fit. Too many people think that there is a feeling that comes that inspires you to get up and do it. There is no feeling…………………….

Just go for it. Just give it your all. Who cares if you fuck it up. Who cares if you make a balls of it. In the process of failing you get better

Remember if you have fallen off the wagon I would like to remind you that the wagon isn’t actually a thing – it’s something we made up and if we can make it up that you fell off it we can make it up that you fall back on it.
