Protein Peach & Apricot Smoothie

100ml unsweetened almond milk

50g fresh pitted apricots, or use tinned in juice, drained

50g fresh peach, or use tinned in juice, drained

25g chocolate or vanilla flavour whey or plant-based protein powder

1 tsp chia seeds

1 tsp nut butter

a handful of ice cubes

How To

Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend well until thick and creamy. Serve.

Consume immediately.
