Raspberry Almond Traybake

Ingredients (makes 12 squares)

  • 200g self-raising flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 100g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 40g flaked almonds

How to preprare

  1. Heat oven to 180°C. Mix flour, eggs, yoghurt, and honey.
  2. Fold in raspberries.
  3. Pour into tray, sprinkle almonds, bake 20–25 minutes.

Note

Almonds give crunch but drop them to save ~30 cals per slice.
