Spicy Chicken Noodle Soup

220g chicken, chopped into cubes

150g ready to wok noodles

40ml soy sauce

5ml teriyaki sauce

1 onion

1/2 red pepper

4 garlic cloves

1 red chilli

How To

Fry onion, red pepper, garlic and chilli in a pan until softened

Mix soy sauce, teriyaki sauce together in a bowl. Add chicken and make sure it is all coated in sauce.

Add chicken to the pan with the veg and fry until the chicken is cooked.

Once the chicken is fully cooked add the noodles to the pan.

Stir until fully combined.

Serve with spring onion and sesame seeds.
