The Balance Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ ripe avocado (~70g flesh)
  • 150g natural yoghurt (Glenisk low-fat or protein yoghurt for extra protein)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 150g frozen mixed berries
  • 100ml cold water (add more if you like it thinner)

How to preprare

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately.

Note

The avocado makes this smoothie creamy and filling. To cut calories, use ¼ avocado and replace with more berries or a spoon of chia seeds.
