The Program consists of 120 days of brilliant educational content as well as a top class workout. The program is laid out like this to allow you to go at your own pace. Go through the days as fast or slow as you like. I recommend that getting through 3 days of the program a week is more than enough but some of you might want to move through the program a bit quicker. What is essential is that you understand there is no one size fits all, so you do what works for you.
