Turkey & Hummus Pitta

Ingredients

  • 1 wholemeal pitta
  • 3 slices Ballyfree turkey
  • 1 tbsp hummus
  • Grated carrot
  • Spinach leaves

How to preprare

  1. Split pitta open.
  2. Spread hummus inside, then stuff with turkey, carrot, and spinach.
