Ingredients

150ml unsweetened almond milk

70g frozen mixed berries

50g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred)

25g vanilla flavour whey or plant-based protein powder

50g frozen banana

1 tsp mixed seeds or flaxseed

How To

Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend well until creamy. Serve.
