Walking Program

The walking programs are uploaded as PDFs. Click on the program you want to access and you will be able to download the PDF file. Alternatively, open the file and screenshot it. My walking programs are always presented as the minimum amount of time you have to walk on that day. You can of course go over the recommended time but your focus has to be to get to the amount of minutes listed for that day. You are not expected to exercise everyday and that is why the sessions are numbered instead of linked with days.
