I think you will fit nicely into the Fitness and Weight Loss program and you will like the push of the Hiit Classes there. The workouts start easy enough but build up with intensity and duration and you will find lots of really challenging classes in the workout hub. As your fitness improves you could then switch over to the Hybrid program which is the Fitness and Weight Loss program mixed with the LIVE and On-demand classes program which are my toughest workouts. But for now, I suggest you start with the Fitness and Weight Loss plan.
